Sun-dried tomato and garlic oil. Makes a great bread dip! Use for salads, cooking and baking. Use a few drops of vinegar (balsamic or regular) to soften garlic if desired.

I brushed this on bread dough before putting it in the oven. OMG! The bread didn't last the day!! Can't wait to try the other oils on my Italian breads.
I mixed this with Balsamic vinegar and added to a garden salad. I love that it's three simple ingredients. I have a feeling this bottle will not last long in my pantry. So yummy!
