Sauciest Giveaway Collaboration with Pizza Is An Experience

1. Sponsor

The Sauciest Giveaway Collaboration with Pizza Is An Experience (the "Contest") is sponsored by Pizza Is An Experience and Muskoka Brand Gourmet (collectively, the "Sponsors").

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on the date it is announced and closes at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on December 31, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries received after the Contest Period has ended will not be eligible.

Three prize draws will be held throughout the Contest Period:

• First Prize Draw: August 16, 2026 (following the Summer of Pizza Flyer promotion)
• Second Prize Draw: November 1, 2026 (following the Back to School Flyer promotion)
• Third Prize Draw: December 31, 2026 (following the Christmas Flyer promotion)

All eligible entries received by each respective draw date will be included in that draw. Non-winning eligible entries will automatically remain eligible for any subsequent prize draws during the Contest Period.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the applicable jurisdiction who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsors, and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to win.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants must complete the entry requirements as outlined in the official Contest announcement. Limit of one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize

There will be three (3) winners, with one (1) winner selected during each prize draw.

Each winner will receive:

• Two (2) medium, two-topping pizzas per month from Pizza Is An Experience for twelve (12) consecutive months (a total of 24 pizzas); and
• Twelve (12) bottles of Muskoka Brand Gourmet products, with product selection made at the sole discretion of Muskoka Brand Gourmet.

The approximate retail value of each prize package will depend on the pizza selections and product values.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. No substitutions will be made except at the Sponsors' sole discretion. Pizzas are available for pickup or delivery (delivery fees may apply).

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw on or shortly after each of the following dates:

• August 16, 2026
• November 1, 2026
• December 31, 2026

Each draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received up to the applicable draw date. Previous winners are not eligible to win an additional prize during the Contest Period.

7. Winner Notification

Selected entrants will be contacted using the contact information they provided at the time of entry. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) days, fails to respond, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner.

The Sponsors are not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify a selected entrant due to incorrect or incomplete contact information.

8. Prize Conditions

Monthly pizza prizes must be redeemed in accordance with Pizza Is An Experience's ordering and redemption procedures. Monthly prizes cannot be accumulated, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person unless approved by the Sponsors.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow the Sponsors to use their name, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest and contacting selected winners, unless participants have otherwise agreed to receive marketing communications.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and all decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

12. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any liability arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

13. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
